MEET YOUR WELLNESS COACH!

I founded Stoked Bodies to provide in-person and online customized fitness and nutrition coaching for individuals who want to become stronger and more healthy all-around through exercise and proper nutrition. I work with clients ranging in age from 12 to 84, and absolutely love the individual journey I take with each of them. I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach, rather I assess the specific needs of my clients based on their age, health status, and goals (lose weight, build muscle, prepare for a specific sport, etc.), in order to customize programs specifically for them. I find that this individualized attention brings the greatest results, and my clients know that I am truly concerned for THEIR overall well-being.
